Control Techniques - VERY POOR Work/Life Balance
Pros
Only real plus was the 401K match.
Cons
One would think that during COVID, communication would be ramped up, however, it's not the case here. For example, managers weren't allowed to tell their direct reports that they'd been given merit increases. In addition, this company has very poor customer service because they don't have adequate staff to respond to customers, a constant, aggravating complaint. What became concerning was all of the top level executives resigning from the company in the short time that I worked there. This company cares little for the grinding hours worked. There's NO recognition, just the expectation that the work needs to get done. Also be weary as this company has a tendency to hire people and then turn around and outsource their position right out from under them.
