- Little investment into basic business functions meant completely scrambling every quarter from legal, finance, etc - Targets were set so high every year with little merit reward. - Management complained about a high turnover of staff, rather than looking at the route cause of high turnover. - Promotions based on tenure opposed to ability. Incredibly frustrating when many people have been in the same roles for years and impossible to be upwardly mobile. - So US focused that it is hard to have any scope of a career outside of the US. - Complete chaos after the acquisition with lots of layoffs and even more people voluntarily leaving. - Office culture didn't exist and was completely depressing. - Only very basic benefits, e.g. no Christmas Party, no perks or memberships

- clients aren’t always great but always have to jump when they say jump - very hard to move up or get raise, no structure
