The company continuously cut corners when it came to safety protocols. We were sent into high-risk situations without proper equipment or backup. Complaints were ignored or brushed aside with vague promises of "looking into it." I eventually realized my well-being meant nothing to them as long as they saved money.
When you first walk into orientation they view themselves as a company full of communication and upholding the guards and value their uniforms. But it’s all a mask thrown over the heads of the guards at orientation. The truth is that there is no real promotions and pay raises. There is no properly fitting uniforms. Note if you are going to buy uniforms that are the same ones used in the “police force” you have to make sure they fit. And there is no paid time off as well. So if you don’t work or your sick or your site is closed good luck surviving. Shady shady place.
They serve the Midwest and Southeast regions of the United States and are largest and leading security providers for Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
Cons
The job security is the worst here. These people have insane expectations from employees and have a poor attitude towards employees freedom. Each employees has to answer the work call by 7. If you miss it for any reason, be it a family emergency or health issue, these horrible people will fire you on the spot!
