Gonna learn a lot but not a good salary background so might struck with that... I liked my project manager's way and he was good ethically but he gonna convert you in an excellent kind of geek. :D

Cons

Not a great exposure and not a great salary, I would say if you are a beginner its really great platform to learn but to earn you might not want that...

Its a Very good company ti start for a fresher. Fresher will get lot of things to learn. I think this is one of the company which allows fresher to pick up onsite opportunities. Very punctual about salary & incremet.

Cons

Currently growth stucks at one level (due to lack of projects in java)
