Great technology. Great marketing team. A lot of freedom.

Cons

Was backstabbed by a colleague in sales. They gathered presales, channel and sales in one room and I was to defend my way of working during 3 hours. As I said I wanted to give feedback on them I was to do that but that was not the intention from the beginning. I have never experienced anything like this before or after. Felt great to find out that the reason for the business not going well was a lot of lack of communication in the team - something that I had said so many times and most likely the reason for them backstabbing me.

NC office culture where ageism, exclusion, sexual harassment and discrimination was the norm.Hired inexperienced young , mommy and daddy rich brats. I was fired 2 weeks after winning an award 6 days after complaining of inappropriate behavior from a male counterpart on business trip.
