Great product and previously a great company, now changing with acquisition

Pros

Over my tenure the laid-back start up culture at the company has been great, along with the opportunities I have been given. The best part is that the product is great and market leading, therefore a no-brainer to sell.

Cons

Sometimes a lack of continuity in management. Since the acquisition by HPE, a lot of things are changing. Thus continuing to turn into the huge MNC that HPE is and lose the Nimble magic I fear.

Pros

A company that truly execute and deliver what are set forth in vision, they are doers and makers. Top leadership is able to pull the company to act as one and deliver what we believe we can do.

Cons

Locala management lack of strategy, poorly rendered and no long term goal. Opportunistic approach, with employees and opportunities. Results to high turn over locally.
