      Pros

      NinjaOne is a very friendly place to work. The team—developers, testers, everyone—is incredibly supportive. Onboarding was smooth with great training. The company swag is a nice touch. Compensation is solid and even management is approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      The main area for improvement is clearer career growth paths—right now they aren’t fully defined.
