Flexible work environment. Good work/life balance. Makes sure you take the time you need to take care of yourself. Interesting code to work on. Innovating. Great teams. Makes sure you have what you need to get the job done. Work remote but have access to the local office if needed. IT is very responsive and helpful.

Very knowledgeable staff that works extremely well together. Management is very supportive of it's employees and is eager to assist them when needed. 'Flat' management system makes all feel as equals, anyone can reach out to anyone at any level and get a helpful response. The company does a great job of communicating with its employees by giving updates on growth, general direction and future prospects. Flexible hours. Overall a very optimistic and motivated environment. As a developer you will learn a lot here.

Cons

Really no cons other than many of our coworkers are spreadout globally so we rarely get to meet them, but frequent communication through Zoom meetings does help.
