Pros

The people are amazing. The culture makes everyone feel like they belong right away. The teams are very well organized and collaboration is phenomenal within the teams and amongst the different teams as well. A great place to get lots of good experience and grow as a developer. There is not a boring day at NinjaOne. We are constantly innovating and challenging ourselves. No matter the how big the challenge is we always put quality at the top of our priorities.

Cons

As a growing company with lots of challenges and milestones to reach there is lots of work to be done and sometimes it may feel a little overwhelming for some people so expect that to be the case.

Amazing Culture and Management. Very progressive leadership open to and receptive of feedback. Fully remote, unlimited PTO, great worklife balance. Leaders truly care about you as an individual and will look after you.

- The culture, it's everything. - Management, they're always there for you and make all the right calls. - Communication is kept very openly. - Development experience. - Team consists of some of the smartest individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. - Codebase is nice. - Unlimited paid time off. - Great product. - You get to work remotely. - CEO is very hands on, you get the occasional DM from him. - Benefits are great. - You get to be a "ninja", who didn't want that as a kid?

Cons

- I wouldn't be here if there were any.
