      I started here 10 years ago as an SDR, and the journey to Sales Manager has been phenomenal. This company truly believes in promoting from within. If you are a high performer, management is very supportive of career progression and provides the coaching needed to move up. The culture is collaborative, and leadership is genuinely invested in employee growth. The work life balance is solid, and there is a great sense of community and teamwork here. Keep the culture alive its been a fun ride

      Pros

      Free lunch every day you are in the office, decent pay for sales, good benefits, growing rapidly (not going to lose your job), wonderful CEO, good management (most).

      Cons

      Don't pay internal hires anything close to what external hires are paid. It does not give one much incentive to stay too long. No 401K match.
