Pros

The SE team is very collaborative and supportive of one another. The director over the North American SE team is absolutely fantastic and truly takes care of his team. SE management recognizes and rewards hard work. My co-workers have turned into some of my best friends and makes working here truly enjoyable.

Cons

Very little collaboration between the different departments throughout the company. Each department seems really segregated from one another when it comes to processes and knowledge. There is no 401K match which I think is something pretty standard for this size of company.

Pros

Really enjoy the people I work with — good culture and a collaborative team. The remote flexibility is a big plus and makes it easy to stay productive without the commute grind. Overall it's a place where you can put your head down, do good work, and not deal with a ton of drama.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind honestly.

Pros

From a sales perspective, the company delivers on its promises reps consistently hit (and exceed) their OTE due to a combination of strong demand, a compelling value proposition, and a product that truly resonates in the market. NinjaOne’s platform is intuitive, reliable, and solves real problems for customers, making it easier to build pipeline and close business. Overall, it’s an environment where hard work is rewarded, success is achievable, and the culture makes it enjoyable to come in and win with your team.

Cons

With strong performance expectations and a high-achieving culture, the environment can be demanding at times. Success here requires consistency, ownership, and a proactive mindset. Additionally, due to the company’s growth, resources and internal alignment can occasionally lag behind demand, but this is also part of what creates opportunity for those willing to step up and help shape the organization.
