      Good People - Unrealistic Expectations

      Pros

      Culture is second to none. A fine place to grind out and learn how to be an effective SDR and launch yourself into tech sales.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. If you're joining mid-market/SMB/Sled you are doing 100% cold outbound. Expectations to hit 14 closed/qualified demo's a month is unrealistic. The best SDR's in the org are probably averaging something closer to 8-9. Also the comp plan is set up in a way that unless you hit that 14th demo your only making 2/3 of commission.

      A call center. You can never work hard enough for them. Some managers will throw you under the bus for anything.

      - Fantastic AM team that is supportive of each other - Benefits are good and on par with standards - Management continues work on tactics to help team hit goals - The company is growing and having continued success consistently - This role will help develop sales and strategy skills - The company is on track to be a leader in the IT/RMM space - The product is constantly evolving with new features coming out regularly - Opportunities for growth

      Cons

      - The growing pains are real as with any hypergrowth startup - It can sometimes be hard to adjust to moving goals/targets - This is a more sales/upgrade oriented role than some other AM roles
