-Lack of skilled leadership.
-Micromanagement (due to lack of leadership).
-Terrible onboarding/training for new hires.
-In office M,T,TH and F then everyday the last 5 days of the month so not really hybrid.
-Low base pay so if you don't hit OTE then you don't make much. Low pay overall for the amount hats we have to wear.
-Haven't hit our team number in some time now which has led to them tracking all of our calls and call length (not accurately though).
-Pushing to become more sales based and not relationship based (so depending on your strength this could be a pro or con).
