One of the best teams you could wish to work with. From the very top to the bottom never met such a passionate group of people who care about each other and the mission of Ninja.

Cons

Hyper growth means something are moving targets and change quickly, so tough to keep up at times.

Having the flexibility to wfh and being able to still have a balanced life is amazing and that’s what NinjaOne provides. Also, the culture and colleagues are great, everyone is very supportive and professional.

Cons

I don’t think there is anything wrong with the company.
