Ninja is a breath of fresh air. The company is growing quickly while others are paring back. I'm surrounded by genuinely nice people who enjoy their jobs and look forward to the future. The product is great and customers love it. I'm motivated to go to work everyday.

Cons

Definitely not a household name yet, but aspires to be.

Flexible work environment. Good work/life balance. Makes sure you take the time you need to take care of yourself. Interesting code to work on. Innovating. Great teams. Makes sure you have what you need to get the job done. Work remote but have access to the local office if needed. IT is very responsive and helpful.
