      Pros

      I am so grateful every day that I found NinjaOne. The company vision and where it's going and how its growing is so refreshing and encouraging. They truly do care about the companies ethics and its employees. With unlimited PTO and working from home they really get how to keep their employees happy and great work life balance. Everyone is respectful and respected and you are never afraid to ask questions.

      -Lovely and helpful colleagues -Interesting product -Good salary

      Cons

      -Company grows rapidly and it's hard to change things and implement policies. -Job can be quite monotonous and you can easily lose balance by working too much / a lot of meetings scheduled by sdrs every day that leave little room to relax or do your follow ups / company is focusing more on quantity of leads/number of demos than quality.. -Targets are very high and demotivating
