      I have been employed with Ninja RMM for 4 years now. The culture has remained the same from day 1. Great uplifting environment to work in. I have always felt that I have been set up for success.

      Pros

      I love working with NinjaRMM the company culture and values are great Also great team environment - as a sales person I value what the company invests in marketing and tools to optimize sales and I really enjoy how our sales department is organized.

      About Cons... all honesty I haven't seen too many cons about working with NinjaRMM I really love the company and working for several big corporations in the past this is the one that I love the most.

      Pros

      After losing my job during the pandemic, Ninja gave me the opportunity to come work for them when a lot of places were not hiring. I had never worked in IT before and they trained me and instantly made me feel welcome. I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or for help because the management team is on your side and the team overall wants success for each other. I've made so many lifelong friends here. It's also exciting to work with a quality product that you really believe in. Watching Ninja grow has been fun. - Perfect work-life balance - Leadership team who wants you to succeed - VERY fair pay
