Pros
Several of the employees are genuinely pleasant to work with and always available to help others. The benefits are overall really good for the area.
Cons
The department has become very toxic over the past several years and continues to worsen. Half of IT across different specialties have left the company in the past year due to the environment. There is near to no communication from any member of management to those in the trenches supporting users in real time. Feedback, input, and general criticism is met with intolerance and eventually silence.
