People are good to work with. Benefits are great.

Cons

Middle management has no decision power. Aftermarket division does not want to change or improve, they want to keep doing things the way they've always done it. There is no direction or communication from the top down.

Cons

Stuck in old school thoughts without regard for new. Technology is lacking and there are silos everywhere. Management cooperation and support are lacking.

Cons

Pay is the biggest negative. Also, there isn't much to do in the area. There are vey limitied promotion opportunities.
