Good, hard-working people. Long sales cycle, but easy sale once you understand your audience. Definitely can excel if you work hard and have strong closing skills.

Cons

Base pay should be higher, because it’s such a small niche market, and you only have a very small number of legitimate prospects.

The people are great to get along with and everyone loves their jobs. Never heard anyone say they don't like working for Nixon. It is really a great place to work. Unscripted, the I Am Nixon video was words from our actual Associates hearts. Customers, Management and Associates, we are all engaged.

Cons

It is hard work, depending on your job. Nixon will not just hand things to you. You have to love what you do and do what you love.
