      Pros

      Its simply the people and the culture. Both are outstanding. Everyone at Nixon Medical is friendly, genuine and truly cares about the company and its culture. The corps values are posted in every office and what makes this even more impressive is the values are lived daily by all, from the president to everyone who wears the Nixon Medical logo on their uniforms. I would recommend Nixon Medical to family, friends and anyone who appreciates a balance between work and home life. Great company!

      Great Company, but it is not for everybody

      Pros

      The Company is committed to it's core purpose, values, and vision. Based on the actions of the leadership team, it is clearly on the move. Nixon Medical is a great place to work for associates who are a good fit with the Company's values.

      Cons

      For those who do not fit the values, it isn't likely to be a great experience. Namely, people who are not interested in improving their self-awareness and introspection. The core purpose of the organization is professional and personal growth, and associates who are not interested in owning their stories, behaviors, etcetera may be challenged and frustrated in this environment.
