Flexible income, coworkers and colleagues are friendly and enjoyable.

Cons

Long Hours average 10-14 hour days. Little to no help from senior management. Hold you accountable for everything, even the things that senior management screws up or neglects to do.

No weekends, unlimited gas card, make your own schedule. You will meet and work with some great people

Cons

I used to love working here. Nixon was focused on putting their customers first as well as taking care of their "associates". Now it's about how much more money they can make off a customer and take away from their employees. The commission plan changes and the result of that equals less money for the sales team even though expectations go up and you work your butt off to close deals. You have people getting promoted to management positions that they are not even qualified for. Hard work definitely does not get recognized here. You have to jump through a million hoops to get approval on anything
