      Cons

      You are off when your route is done, so that can be 2pm one day and 5pm the next. You start work at 4am

      It's a job. The people are nice. Free food 1-3 month.

      Too lean. Expected to do tasks not related to job and not get paid for it.

      Carts Never Fully Loaded

      good pay, full benefits dental, vision, eye

      Cons

      Production from New Castle location needs to make sure we have everything for the day for the New Jersey Location. Our carts are always highlighted saying items are in the cart that are not. the productivity team is notorious for missing items in the carts every week. All the route guys complain about this every week. They continuously make us deliver specials every week.
