Pros

Some pro: You'll be working with some of the greatest talents in artificial intelligence and machine learning. You'll be building AI & ML tools which RnD scientists face in their daily routines. The Noble.AI product, engineering, and research teams are some of the strongest in their fields respectively, and some of the most focused persons I’ve had the privilege of working next to. The communication between departments and leads is healthy and respectable. If you’re an engineer, product, research academic or creative type looking to explore how you can contribute to the future of STEM via real-world research and development teams, Noble.AI is a great fit.

Cons

If scientific exploration bores you, then I’d suggest looking for other companies that are more consumer facing. However, if the thought of scientific discovery and their practical applications excites you, then definitely inquire about hiring!

Pros

Excellent place to learn / inclusive - lots of communication across different departments which allows people to get exposure to the inner workings of design, ai, software engineering, etc. The company culture has a very common sense approach - which can be associated a lot by smaller companies, especially tech-based companies.

Cons

Since we're dealing with a lot of very smart people here, a lot of these cross-group meetings can go right over your head. You have to be able to not be intimidated when you don't know or understand things because, in this group, that's going to happen a lot.
