      You have the opportunity to work on multiple project. move between projects The CEO and CFO are very friendly and know you by name

      Cons

      Highly politicized. you need to be known to grow in the company. Some of the higher managers don't deserve to be there. Lack of communication is apparent

      Pros

      Great culture, they think of you as an asset not an employee. They reinvest in you as well. The ability to get certifications and higher degree is a huge plus.

      Cons

      Nothing towards the company, the life of a contractor, there is always a chance your contract can be lost. So there is no stability but Noblis does its best to find work for you.
