Pros

Great management supported by some of the best and brightest staff. Noblis provides many opportunities for growth and advancement with a very competitive salary structure. A great CEO who truly knows his people and cares.

Cons

The annual review process is broken but management is aware of the problem and taking steps to solve this problem which does little for the staff.

* Great people to work with, very few have egos * Great work, working for the federal gov in the public interest * Many opportunities in the company to grow and share knowledge

Cons

* The company is moving HQ from Falls Church to Reston, which for the company is a cost saving measure, but for some individuals increases the commute time significantly. * The new seating arrangement is open seating. I'm OK with that but some people are not. Even the executive staff have desks like this.
