Good WLB but not a good place for new grads

Good work life balance. Good benefit: Match 100% in 401k, 20 Day off

Cons

Low learning/ growing opportunities. Made awkward career roadmap for new grads. There are 8 career band levels from CB1 to CB8, with new grad starting from CB1. But they added minor tech levels (CB1.1, CB1.2, CB1.3, CB2.1, CB2.2, CB2.3) only for the CB1 and CB2 levels. This means you’ll need to spend at least 3 Perf cycles and got promoted every time in order to get to the next level.

Could not move up no matter what I did. For four years I was on all types of projects, even moved and nothing. Got my masters, nothing.
