PTO accrual policy is great.

Cons

Avoid their DTRA contract. The newly appointed leadership is wreaking havoc by ruthlessly terminating employees and employing fear as a twisted motivator. Their treatment of staff is abhorrent, creating an environment you'd want to steer clear of. Moreover, the company harbors veteran employees of over two decades who seem to be merely collecting paychecks, resulting in a wasteful allocation of resources and valuable space. Stay away from this organization if you value your well-being and professional growth!

- Most employees are eligible for annual bonuses based on company and personal performance; - Noblis offsets half of the Healthcare deductible for high-deductible plans via a contribution to an HSA - Flexible work environment with lots of opportunities for hybrid or wholly remote work, especially for administrative personnel (ie. finance, pricing, contracts, security, etc) - PTO is bankable up to 320 hours

Cons

- Workloads can be heavy, particularly for administrative personnel with clearances, who can end up the sole cleared POC for their area - Proposal support is spotty at times, with a general lack of experience resulting in needless fire drills and rework
