      Pros

      Pay is not competitive compared to other government contractors. I am making about $20k less than my counterparts with comparable roles/experience at different companies on the same government contract.

      Everyone is very smart. 4 weeks of PTO is awesome.

      Pros

      Remote opportunities, good pay, family oriented, growth potential, personal and professional growth is supported by the enterprise. The CEO took time to have a team's meeting with new hires to see how they are doing, gather feedback from the onboard process and if he can help them maintain a good work life balance.

      Cons

      IT support can be better.
