      Pros

      Lot's of great scientists and programs for those that are interested in innovation that makes a difference to the Government.

      Cons

      Not many. Sometimes client onsite work will detach you from the rest of the company, but Noblis has programs to improve this and they seem to be working.

      Management horrendous. Expect you to pick up others slack. No time between calls and you get in trouble for it. Your expected to do a double of your partner does not show up
