Good working environment, work/life balance, nice benefits

Cons

Head office is in Finland, and most work is also done in India. Timezone wise need to work early morning hours it co-ordination needed between sites. lack of carrier progress within US

Too many reorgs which are actually not necessary. All decisions are made in Finland, and most were not good. Hard to get promotion. Salary is not competitive. and ......
