1yThanks for your feedback! Sales roles can be tough (especially in the first year) but you should always be able to take your PTO! Our teams are structured such that every sales rep has a manager familiar with their books of business who can back you up while you're out. 1yThis is definitely not what we're going for. I'll make sure this feedback is seen by CHS and brokerage leadership. I hope you always felt comfortable speaking up if you saw favoritism in the office-- our HR team takes these allegations seriously and always thoroughly investigates issues as soon as they're made aware.
