Pros

Some of the best people to work with. Very professional in how they treat business and customers. You can learn a lot from a lot of people if you take it seriously and have the stamina, while making some decent to potentially great money. Even in a down market/Covid if you’re good enough which is amazing these days. Not to mention, they are just some really amazing people and really care about what they do to the best of their ability.

Cons

Upper leadership can be questionable and communication is lacking. Resources are thin and it is a tough market to be in right now. Supply chain can be a grind in general, but that’s part of why it’s also a great space too so there’s a balance. More development needs to be given to new hires in their first year.
