These higher-ups are nuts. Fun industry but crazy team

Pros

It is selling dog & cat food, so it is fun to work with customers obsessed about their dog and cat.

Cons

The management team just can't get out of their own way. Its two brothers and a wife who run this like you would expect from over-caffeinated millennials. There is so much drama here that I just can't believe it. The people who came over from Oakland have some really good stories. All in all its an okay place to get a paycheck, but man could they be doing more if they had decent leadership.

-dog food for free -friendly staff, when they show up

Cons

-regular staffing kills the company -the staff knows that they are needed and fully exploit the company to the point where being late is not seen or lazy work is not followed up on. -management tries to help production but with increasing volume unless staffing is under control and processes improve, its an up hill battle -work is never done, there is no days off. even on days off we are expectedto do ordering or inventory.
