Innovative environment, fast pace, great leadership. Unlimited potential. The executive leadership team is genuinely vested and care about every single employee. They offer advice and share their knowledge. The overall atmosphere and culture feels like being part of a family. Everyone is willing to jump in and help.

Cons

This is a true start up company. Things are in development. If you’re expecting to have things to be handed to you, this is definitely not your cup of tea.

The leadership team at Nomi has been unbelievable from the beginning. There is a true focus on pushing the limits of what can be done, but also respecting the employees, their time, and commitment to building an incredible company. I've been very impressed by how, in spite of the challenges that come with intense growth, Nomi has weathered the storm and stayed true to its founding principles.

Cons

It's a start-up, everything moves fast. It's not a con, it's just a reality, but it's fun.

Nomi's founders are intelligent, ethical, and forward-thinking. Working for a company that values their employees and respects their thoughts and opinions shouldn't be novel, but it is and Nomi does just that. Nomi is fast-paced, exciting, and offers endless opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Nomi is not for people that have a can't do attitude. It is also not for people that are rigid and want to punch a clock that operates from 9 to 5. It is definitely not the place for people that do not want to contribute to a shared mission with a great team.
