-great leadership and company culture -game changing tech developed by some of the smartest product teams I've worked with in my 20+ yr career -hot space -solving true enterprise problems for large customers -growing like crazy with opportunity to advance your career

Cons

As long as you realize you're joining a true start-up with a "just get chit done" attitude, there should be no cons. Certainly a lack of mature processes but again, that's typical start-up life. No real cons as long as this is known prior to joining
