Take these Pros/Cons with a grain of salt as I worked in the engineering department. Pros/Cons will vary within departments. -Friendly co-workers, everyone is easy to approach -Work isn't stressful -Only had to work overtime 3 times in my entire time here -Great exposure to all the major players in the semiconductor industry -Excellent "first" job for the reasons listed above.

-Engineering team seems unmotivated & disengaged -R&D team separated from manufacturing team leads to lots of miscommunication and issues with manufacturability of systems -Engineering management constantly in meetings, barely ever see them -Little opportunity to move up -Small raises
