      It was a great place to work, management and engineering staff very supportive and friendly work together as teams to resolve production related issues for all the specialized manufacturing equipment that built for the customers.

      Contract was too short, wanted to stay longer

      Many broad system changes in short amount of time, without proper support or resources to ensure changes succeed. Uneven management across departments and divisions; strong top-down direction discourages collaboration; conflicting goals within departments mean it can be hard to get projects completed.
