Pros
I worked for Nordson when the company I was working at was acquired by them. All the people from the core Nordson group were fantastic to work with. Highly motivated and understanding of what needed to get done. I still keep in touch with many even now. Benefits with the company are good. Salary is competitive. Good work life balance as well.
Cons
Leadership from the company that I worked for (that was acquired by Nordson) was toxic. Disappointed that it took Nordson management so long to recognize this and even longer to rectify it, ultimately resulting in the closure / consolidation of our facility. I'm sure part of this was due to blame that was placed on the employees of our plant, rather than leadership taking accountability for their actions.
