      Pros

      there is nothing that speaks for Nordson.

      Cons

      he supervisors are unable to deal with employees humanly and are unable to stay in their position with the truth. Reporting, which means spending more time on how to achieve customer satisfaction. You do not follow the Nordson guidelines.

      Laid back, casual, everyone talks a lot

      Favoritism, periods of no work which leads to boredom and you just have to sit there, need to ask for work to do

      Pros

      Very profitable business with some good products in niche market; Hardworking frontier workers trying to deliver number every month.

      Cons

      Very bad work life balance. No respect to frontier employees and senior employees. HR department fire people who served long with high salary with all creative ways stepping on the legal bottom line. Managers chase monthly budget with whatever practices to win new orders. Very poor morale and lack of ethics culture.
