Financially stable and profitable corporation. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Human resources are equal to machines - produce and make money, or you can be dismissed or replaced as economics dictate, maximize profit at all costs (sick). Plant closures and relocations to states with lower salaries. Every activity monitored by metrics, while individuals can often produce better results while not producing the metric - standard work process, and no deviation.
