Pros
Majority of employees are very kind and supportive. Use to feel like a family, and employees are willing to work hard for the company because management genuinely cares about the employees.
Cons
After the leadership change several years ago, employee moral had been keep going down. Employees are not valued as much now in my opinion. People remain after the layoffs are asked to do much more work and feel burnt out.
