Work culture is good. Good benefits and PTO.

Cons

Job responsibilities often have to be a "sponge" and compensation doesn't match increased responsibilities. Few opportunities for advancement. Training is done poorly in a sink or swim basis with insufficient support. Remote work not an option unless you are in sales or upper management.
