Wonderful and intelligent people work here. I never dreaded going into work. It was the best job I have ever had.

Cons

I had a long commute. Laid off in a company restructure and much of senior management is being replaced. Company transitioning to a more corporate numbers driven business from a creative new product development company which I don't have an issue with other than the fact that I was laid off.

Good place to learn technology & complex systems Exposure to multiple industries makes engineering fun and challenging Great staff of experienced technical resources, helps with mentoring.

Cons

Most focus was on VA/VE with not a lot of effort on trying new design or development long term. Sales sells items before they are fully developed which puts a lot of pressure on engineering staff to achieve unrealistic goals and live with consequences such as ongoing field service and support.
