Benefits - they are good. Nice coworkers

Cons

Managements is unkind to their employees, they don't care to hear any negative feedback. They don't treat everyone the same. If you want to move up you have to be liked by upper management, and even then it may take so long to build a career because no one ever leaves. If diversity is something you are looking for, then this isn't the place for you.

The company has a friendly working environment with a lot of growth opportunity. With the right attitude, it should get you far. It is no wonder some staffs are willing to stay for a long time.

Cons

Some processes may not be very organized, causing confusion and at times frustrations, as it seems like fire fighting most of the time. However, you may also treat this as an opportunity to understand the company better, and improvise current processes.
