Pros

I loved working here! I do think I got lucky with my manager though, so it could be different if you have one that tries to use you.

Cons

Sometimes it seemed a little unorganized and it also ended super late. It ended on a Friday and I had to be back in my college town all moved in and ready to go on that Monday.

Pros

Great company culture, respectful of employees, they see you as a valuable employee, great pay for an internship, lots of great experiences, open door policy.

Cons

The customers can be very high-maintence, but most customers are fun, easy to work with.

Pros

They really care about their employees and strive to make sure you succeed in the company. It is important to tell managers what you want to get out of experience so they will push you along. Nordstrom offers wonderful benefits and a good discount at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack:)

Cons

The hours are very scattered throughout the week. It is not your traditional 905 employment. New hires have to work holidays( 4th of July) and the Anniversary sale
