Pros

• Honestly, none. Maybe a paycheck if you’re desperate. • You’ll learn how much stress you can handle before breaking.

Cons

• No room to move up unless you’re white or have connections. • Promotions go to clueless people with less experience. • Raises are pathetic and not worth the effort. • Constant flood of useless KPIs and emails. • Management shows zero loyalty—one mistake and you’re gone. • Supervisors kiss butt and throw you under the bus. • Toxic, stressful, and fake work environment. • No appreciation, no support, no future.

Pros

If you have a good manager (which most departments do), working here is amazing! They truly care about you and congratulate you when you meet small goals. Very supportive and want you to do well. I worked here over the summers in high school and college, and it's so great because you can make a lot of money AND it looks great on a resume.

Cons

Sometimes the other employees can be rude and competitive, but that's expected in sales.
