Pros

Diversity and inclusion culture, potential pay, and growth.

Cons

No transparency. Only interest in keeping up the struggling business. Very high turnover rate of employees quitting due to poor leadership and distrust in their employees. There's no true modeling by leadership that reflects what the culture is written on paper. This doesn't speak of every store. What they do not tell you is that will cut hours without any transparency or formal communication to explain the justification for it. A full-time counter manager and beauty advisors can get their hours reduced from the promised 37.5 hours of work to below thirty. Their decision making for hourly reductions varies of what KPIs beauty manager and GM's are looking, and often showing lack of consistency in their explanation that provides no clarity in direction or motivation for associates to improve KPI growth and revenue generation. No true flexible scheduling; it's corrupted by favoritism under disguised by their leaders.
