- Fulfilling work environment when it's busy and customers are interested in hands-on service - Lots of tools to help meet the needs of the customer, you will likely never have to turn away customers empty handed- there's always something you can do to help - Experience gained in one-on-one customer service - Consistent full-time hours - You will receive lots of feedback and comprehensive training within your department - Many opportunities to advance

- Often meeting commission goals is a higher priority than forming relationships with customers, you're expected to push as many products as you can - Sometimes there is a lack of work/life balance because they tend to hire full-time - Sales goals are often unrealistic/based on American market - Can't earn commission unless you surpass sales goals every single work day (days when you aren't scheduled can also negatively affect your earnings if you have items returned), which is unrealistic during certain slow seasons - Poor discount (20%)
