Pros

I was hired during the building of the store, so for the first 4 weeks my pay was great. 15/hr. You get to work with great brands, everyone that you work with is fashionable.

Cons

Once the store opened, the pay minimized dramatically. Down to 9/hr plus commission but the commission was 2% of total sales you made during your work week period. So if you had a great work week, it was okay. If you have a terrible work week, you wouldn't make any money. And because our location was honestly only busy once we opened, after that it died down dramatically.
